Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing while maintaining hygiene standards Support early childhood education activities by engaging children in age-appropriate play, teaching basic skills, and encouraging social interaction Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive development and emotional regulation Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any health or safety concerns Collaborate with families and other caregivers to develop individualized care plans that meet each child's unique needs Maintain a clean, organized environment aligned with daycare or classroom standards to ensure a safe space for children Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Flexibility to adapt to different caregiving environments and schedules Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
