Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and dependable in-home care services servicing Franklin and neighboring communities with scheduling options to match your lifestyle.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist clients with safe transfer and mobility needs Support personal care including bathing, dressing Prepare meals and assist with feeding Medicate reminders, hospice and memory care support Engage clients in companionship and social activities Drive clients to appointments and errands Maintain a clean and safe home environment

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 1 year paid caregiving experience outside of family care Strong, verifiable references Caregiving certification or proof of skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Clear background check and drug screening

Desired Skills:

Experience in dementia care preferred Ability to operate medical equipment Comfortable client transport driving
