Job Summary:
Deliver compassionate home care services across Franklin and nearby communities with shift options that suit your lifestyle.
Primary Duties:
Assist clients with safe transfers and mobility Support personal care including bathing and dressing Meal prep and feeding assistance Remind clients about medications and provide hospice or memory care support Engage with clients for companionship and social interaction Transport clients to appointments and errands Ensure home environment is clean and safe
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year paid caregiving experience outside family Strong references available Certification or proof of caregiving capabilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Background and drug screening clearance
Preferred Skills:
Dementia care experience preferred Ability to operate medical equipment Comfort driving clients independently
