Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult family homes. All members are very high functioning with minimal hands-on cares, mainly needing to provide oversight and verbal cues for them to complete tasks of everyday living. Transporting them to activities, appointments, programming, etc. with the company van provided. Responsibilities Provide assistance through hands on and verbal cues to help them maintain a healthy and clean appearance. Reminders to shower, brush hair and teeth, wear appropriate clothing, etc. Prepping and preparing meals along with assisting with portion control. Many of the residents enjoy assisting in the kitchen and you are welcome to eat if there is enough after the members are fed. Household cleaning alongside the members assisting them in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Transporting to appointments, programming, activities, etc. with company van. Doing activities with them such as community outings or assisting them with their shopping needs. Requirements Must be 18 years of age Must have a valid drivers license Background Check Training will be provided upon hire. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
