Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with scheduling for our clients Answer the phones and answer any questions regarding care for potential clients Serve as the office representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. Assist with hiring. Look over resumes, invite to interview. Perform interviews, run backgrounds checks Perform company orientation to new employees Meet caregiver at new clients home for first visit to sign paperwork and introduce the caregiver to the client. Cover visits if we have a last minute call-in. MUST have caregiver experience Experience Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, showcasing strong organizational skills. Proficiency in calendar management and office management practices is essential. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly is required.
