JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist the Care Team with scheduling changes, supervision of the caregivers and personal care/CNA employees currently providing care to clients. Most hours will include caregiving, based on the schedule's needs. Flexible scheduling, including weekend rotation.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to the following duties: Documenting on-site supervision of caregivers and personal care/CNAs every 60 days or as directed to evaluate: Relationship between caregiver and client/family, attitude and ability to provide services, attendance and tardiness, skills assessment, and positive representation of Home Helpers and image ensure all caregiver documentation is completed in a timely manner review current needs with clients to be sure adequate care is in place review client notes on a regular basis (WellSky) assist with client and caregiver assessments review possibilities of additional services with current clients & management responsible for training the staff for assigned clients caregiving

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Program or comparable experience All Continuing Education Units required for maintaining License or Certification is the employee's responsibility to be updated and submitted upon completion. Business/supervisory experience (preferred)

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE WILLING TO PASS THE FOLLOWING MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

Drug screen prior to employment Required random drug screens Pre-employment and annual physical exam (upon request) Must be able to physically assist with client transfer

Pay:

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
