Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support individualized plans of care Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life Document care and services provided Work collaboratively with nurses and care teams Provide care with patience, kindness, and a positive attitude What We're Looking For Caregiver or CNA experience preferred (certification required for CNA roles) Availability for 2nd shift and/or overnight shifts Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to providing resident-centered care What Our Team Members Say "It truly feels like a family at Charter."
