Job Overview Join Christian Servants Home Care as a Part-Time Daily Living Skills Provider (Evenings), where you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges to achieve greater independence. This energetic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing personalized support in home and community settings during evening hours. You will work closely with clients to develop essential life skills, foster social engagement, and promote overall well-being through compassionate care. Duties Assist child with getting ready for school each morning Implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs to promote positive behaviors and social interactions Use effective communication skills Complete progress/ notes to inform care plans and ensure consistent support outcomes Experience Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs is highly preferred Home and community care experience demonstrates your ability to provide flexible, client-centered support in various environments Familiarity with behavioral health principles and behavior management techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and safe driving record are necessary for transporting clients safely to activities & community outings Schedule details Monday-Friday 7am-8am, one after-school evening shift per week Join us in creating a positive impact through energetic support that fosters independence and happiness.
