Job Description
Overview Join our compassionate Willowick Assisted Living team as a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a long-term care setting. As a Caregiver / C.N.A., you will be the frontline supporter of resident well-being, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every day. Your dedication will help create a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. This position requires a schedule of 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, every other weekend, and rotating holidays. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; accurately document findings using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care Maintain a safe environment by following infection control practices for infectious disease care and working within hospital or outpatient clinic settings Experience CBRF Certifications Minimum of two years of experience A commitment to ongoing learning about infection control practices, healthcare approaches and techniques, and patient safety standards will help you excel in this role Join us in providing exceptional resident care by combining your caregiving skills with your passion for improving lives!
