Job Description
Sunset Ridge Jefferson in Jefferson, WI is looking for caring, reliable, compassionate, and outgoing part time and full time caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. CBRF or CNA certified preferred but willing to train and certify the right person. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility.
- Utilize caregiving skills to support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Implement residents' care plans and ensure their well-being and safety.
- Utilize first aid knowledge when necessary.
- Demonstrate expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, and memory care needs.
- Respect residents' rights and promote a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Monitor and record vital signs as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize relevant skills such as driving, direct support, and behavior management as needed.
- Uphold standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
