Duties We are seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to provide care and supervision for non-verbal children with autism. The caregiver will help maintain a safe, structured, clean, and supportive environment while following the child's daily routine and care needs.

Available Hours Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM-6:00

PM Saturday-Sunday:

12:00 PM-6:00

PM Overnight:

10:00 PM-6:00 AM Primary Responsibilities Provide attentive, hands-on supervision and companionship. Maintain a safe environment and remain aware of the child's location and activities. Follow the child's established daily routine and care instructions. Assist with meals, snacks, hydration, and basic daily needs. Assist with personal care as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home and the child's areas. Keep snacks and necessary supplies stocked. Follow medication and care instructions exactly as directed, when medication assistance is part of the assigned duties. Familiarity with care plans development and medication administration protocols following HIPAA standards. Communicate concerns, changes in behavior, incidents, or other important information to the supervisor/parent. Work cooperatively with other caregivers and provide a thorough shift-to-shift handoff. Follow all safety, emergency, confidentiality, and house rules. No unauthorized visitors are permitted. What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual. Patient, calm, and compassionate. Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help. Able to communicate professionally with the family and other staff. Willing to learn the child's individual communication style, routines, and needs.

Hourly Rate:

$12.00 & up No violent criminal record, example disorderly conduct & battery. All positions are paid roles dedicated to providing exceptional in-home support that promotes independence and dignity for every individual served.

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
