Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support clients with behavioral needs and ensure the safety of staff and other participants Help prepare meals and assist with serving meals Maintain cleanliness of respite center through routine cleaning and sanitation practices to promote a healthy environment Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to coordinate care plans and report any concerns or changes in condition We have positions available for both in-home services and services at our respite center location in Lake Mills.

• Requirements Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance Ability to pass a caregiver level background check 1 year of relevant experience working with people with disabilities
