Family Dental Practice is guided by six core values—genuine care, honesty, relationships, hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude—which shape daily interactions and patient care. Role Description This is a part- time or full-time, on-site Dentist role based in the Greater Madison area. The Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and periodontal care, as well as reviewing radiographs, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role involves collaborating closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-office team members to coordinate patient care, support treatment acceptance, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The Dentist will also participate in patient education, contribute to practice growth, and support the practice's values-driven culture. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school, with an active or eligible Wisconsin dental license. Clinical proficiency in preventive, restorative, and basic cosmetic dentistry, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and chairside procedures. Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and explain treatment options clearly. Commitment to high standards of infection control, patient safety, and ethical clinical decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary dental team and contribute to a positive, values-driven work environment. Comfort using modern dental technology, including digital radiography, practice management software, and intraoral imaging. Prior experience in general practice or completion of a general practice residency is beneficial but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply. Willingness to engage in continuing education and stay current with advances in clinical techniques and materials. Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference!
