Job Description
This is a great position for someone who is passionate about working with children, especially those with developmental and/or physical challenges. Many of the clients we serve are children who benefit from patient, compassionate caregivers who can provide one-on-one support, positive reinforcement, and meaningful engagement throughout their daily routines. Caregivers play a key role in helping children build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment. While this role has a strong focus on working with children, we are a home care agency that serves individuals of all ages. Our clients rely on us for compassionate, non-medical support tailored to their unique needs. We provide care in the place our clients call home, assisting with services such as respite care, mentorship, daily living skills training, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and medication reminders. For our younger clients, caregivers provide specialized one-on-one care that may include mentorship, structured activities, emotional support, and skill-building to encourage independence and personal growth. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's life while also supporting families who depend on consistent, quality care.
