What You'll Do:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals Assist with meal preparation and feeding Monitor and document client conditions and report changes to supervisors Follow individualized care plans Support clients in recreational and meaningful activities Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Behavioral Specialists and Behavioral Specialist Assistants , to ensure client well-being
