Up to 56 hours biweekly Must work every other weekend Must be available for rotating holidays Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable CBRF Certified Caregivers to provide quality care and support to elderly adults in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting residents' independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while assisting with daily living activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to elderly residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer and document medications in accordance with CBRF regulations and facility policies. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report concerns to management. Prepare and serve meals based on residents' dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning resident rooms, and maintaining common areas. Encourage and assist residents with recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Maintain accurate documentation and resident records. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals. Qualifications Current Wisconsin CBRF Certification required. Medication Administration certification preferred. Previous experience working with elderly adults or in an assisted living setting preferred. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed. Must pass background check and meet all state requirements.
