We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; observe for changes in condition or behavior Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents or clients Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently during patient monitoring, emergency responses, or incident reports Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Hands-on experience with patient observation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and assisting with ADLs Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information Experience operating medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids is advantageous Background in long-term care settings demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong caregiving skills Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications related to nursing or home health are a plus CBRF Training Join us if you're passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment!
