- $14 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid orientation Qualifications Assisting with ADLs High school diploma or GED First Aid Certification CNA Bathing assistance Full Job Description The Part-Time Caregiver provides direct care and support to residents in a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Assist residents with meals, including meal preparation, cooking, serving, and feeding when necessary . Support residents with daily living activities while encouraging independence. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental health to supervisors. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided. Assist with light housekeeping duties, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment. Support residents with recreational and social activities. Follow all state regulations, facility policies, and safety procedures. Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous caregiving, CNA, or related experience (preferred but not required). CBRF certifications (Medication Administration, Fire Safety, First Aid/Choking, Standard Precautions) (preferred). Ability to lift, transfer, and provide physical support to residents as needed. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.Work Schedule:
Part-time position. Rotating schedule with every other weekend required . Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on facility needs.Work Environment:
Small group home/community-based setting. Requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility. Pay Rates PCW- $12 CBRF (all four classes)
