YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - LIFE SKILLS COACH

This position offers full-time hours, typically 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and part-time options of 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or 2-3 full days per week. As our full-time or part-time Direct Support Specialist - Life Skills Coach, you'll help individuals work toward greater independence by supporting them with daily routines, personal goals, and job skills development. You'll encourage positive behaviors, assist in implementing behavior strategies, participate in meaningful community activities, and help individuals build confidence and life skills. You'll also work closely with team members to support progress, address challenges, and create opportunities for growth and success.
