Overnight Caregiver - Hatley/Wausau Area Inner Peace Home Care Services is looking for dependable, compassionate overnight caregivers to provide one-on-one care in the Hatley/Wausau area. Duties may include personal cares, companionship, mobility assistance, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and ensuring client comfort and safety overnight. Caregiving experience preferred, but CNA certification is not required. Must be reliable, caring, and comfortable working independently. Overnight shifts available! Competitive pay! Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized care. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as hygiene, mobility, and other daily activities. Support senior clients with daily routines and ensure their safety throughout the night. Provide home care services tailored to individual requirements in a respectful and compassionate manner. Assist with patient transfer methods, ensuring safe movement and positioning of clients as needed. Work closely with clients who have disabilities, adapting care approaches to meet their specific needs. Monitor clients' health status during overnight hours and report any concerns or changes to appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients during your shift. Requirements Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and family members. Ability to assist with personal care tasks and support mobility safely. Knowledge of patient transfer methods and safety protocols. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide quality home care. Reliable, responsible, and able to work overnight shifts consistently. Ability to adapt care techniques based on individual client needs.
