Weekend In Home Caregiver A Helping Heart, Inc. - 2.9 Mount Horeb, WI Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Paid training Mileage reimbursement Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Paid orientation Professional development assistance Safety equipment provided Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Retirement plan Qualifications House cleaning assistance English Developmental disability care assistance Assisting with ADLs Driver's License Residential housekeeping Full Job Description The ideal Caregiver hire will have previous experience in any of the following : Caregiver Direct Support Professional Direct Care Worker Personal Care Worker Mental Health Behavioral Support Group Home Developmental Disabilities Long Term Support Home Health Care Residential Support Seizure Disorders Description of Daily Duties Supervise and provide in-home care for three adult females with intellectual / developmental disabilities. Two live in their own apartments in Mount Horeb, and one lives with family in Verona. Includes assisting with ADLs, administering medication, light housekeeping, and engaging in activity. Facilitate residents' involvement in social, recreational, educational, vocational, and health care by transporting / escorting to appointments and engaging in community outings. Be reliable, attend occasional trainings and staff meetings. Provide web-based documentation of the implementation and/or modifications of the residents' individual support plan and daily schedule.
