Part-Time Activities Aide Ingleside Manor is a highly respected Skilled Nursing and Rehab Community, with a reputation for providing quality care to seniors in the Madison and surrounding communities for more than 40 years. Located in the Village of Mount Horeb, we are a short 15-minute drive from the West side of Madison. We are currently recruiting for an outgoing, fun-loving, creative individual to assist residents in our Activity Department . This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities at our nursing home including; musical entertainment, resident/family events, large and small group activities, as well as individual one-on-one visits. You and the other Activities Assistants, under supervision of the Activity Director will help facilitate programs that will reflect the varied interests of the residents, enhance their functional abilities and self-esteem, and provide them with meaningful, enriching activities to remain engaged, challenged and active through daily activities. Participation in recreational activities is one of the highlights of our residents' days. The Life Enrichment Coordinator organizes, facilitates and provides activities according to the facility philosophy and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations. In collaboration with the Administrator, allocates resources in an efficient and economic manner to ensure each resident achieves the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
