Job Summary Naviah Care Services LLC is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers in Beaver Dam, Horicon, Neosho, Fond du Lac, and surrounding areas. Provide one-on-one assistance in clients' homes, helping with personal care, daily routines, household tasks, and companionship while supporting independence and dignity. Caregivers may work with one client or combine two regular client assignments for additional hours. Availability for two clients is preferred but not required. Assignments are matched to your availability, preferred locations, and client needs. You do not need to work in every listed area. Schedule Part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling available for some assignments. Other clients require specific days and visit times. A current Horicon assignment includes three-hour visits on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday and Wednesday evening visits are required. Other visit times are arranged with the client, generally after 10 a.m. Other assignments offer flexible days or visit times, including some evening preferences. Weekly hours depend on your assigned clients and agreed schedule. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility according to the client's service plan. Provide safe transfer assistance and use assistive equipment only after completing the required training and competency verification. Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping and laundry, and provide companionship and safety supervision. Provide medication reminders or permitted assistance only as authorized, trained, and directed in the service plan. Assist with authorized shopping, errands, or community activities. Transporting clients requires separate agency approval and driver qualifications. Accurately record visits and completed tasks using electronic visit verification and documentation systems. Promptly report changes in condition, incidents, and safety concerns. Experience and Qualifications Previous caregiving, personal care, or direct support experience is preferred. Experience supporting older adults or individuals with physical disabilities, dementia, autism, or intellectual disabilities is helpful. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, communicate respectfully, maintain client confidentiality, and have reliable transportation to assigned client homes. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential. Required background and health screenings, onboarding, training, and competency verification must be completed before independent assignment. Employees must be comfortable using electronic scheduling and visit documentation.
