Job Description

Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is currently in need of a Par Time weekend Overnight Sleep Caregiver for our group homes located in Waukesha and Milwaukee Co. In our home-like environment, we take care of a diverse community of seniors We are committed to finding the best care givers. Hours Available:
Opportunities to pick up shifts (16.00 per hour) Paid sleep positions available (10.00 per hour)
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities Assist with residents taking prescribed medications Follow all DHS and CCLS policies, rules and regulations Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan Record all activity in the medical record Adhere to proper documentation
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. Six months of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care in any environment. Are able to learn and use care plan computer software Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
