Job Description

Christian Servants Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential one-on-one support to individuals in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, experience working with diverse populations, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client including transportation in the community.
Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm. Occasional weekend support.
Requirements:
Must be compassionate and highly reliable. Must have good communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance. Skills Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is preferred. Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Familiarity with caregiving techniques related to dementia care and long-term care experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
