This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

If you would like more information about our company, you can visit our website here: Who We Are - CDWI We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Respite Provider to work with a young girl in the Oconomowoc, WI area. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping the child thrive through consistent routines and gentle guidance.
Wage:
$17.66/hourly
Schedule:
To be officially discussed and determined between provider and managing party.
Approximation as follows:
Monday -
Friday:
2:30 pm-7:30 pm Occasional Saturdays (varied hours)
Tasks:
Respite care is to be conducted in child's home and out in the community. Community outings are encouraged. Provide 1v1 care and supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities. Assist with transportation; including picking up from school and transitioning home -or to a community activity. Support participation in age-appropriate activities such as YMCA, the library, dance class, and other preferred activities Help build and practice social, communication, and play skills. Be comfortable managing and redirecting occasional heightened behaviors while maintaining a supportive approach.
Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a caregiver/criminal background check Authorization to work in the U.S. Preference to those with previous experience working with individuals with support needs.
