We're looking for Direct Care Providers who are compassionate, inspired, and ready to show up and care like it matters — because it does.
What You'll Be Doing:
Every day is different — and meaningful. You'll work closely with individuals who need extra support to live safely and independently.
Your role will include:
Assisting with daily activities: personal hygiene tasks, medication administration, and light cleaning Encouraging participation in hobbies, social activities, and friendships Being a trusted companion and supportive presence Keeping clear, accurate records of daily care and progress Helping individuals reach their goals — whether it's learning a new skill or going to a community event Ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Shifts Available:
Day Time:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, hours vary from 7a-4:30p (additional days available upon request)
Evening:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4p-8p
Weekends:
all shifts work weekends, 6 hour or 8 hour shifts available (Work as much or as little as you like! Overtime available but not required)
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour
