As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to older adults living with dementia and memory loss. Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where residents are treated like family and continue to experience purpose, dignity, and joy each day. No two days are the same. Caregivers help residents with daily routines, encourage independence whenever possible, and build meaningful relationships with the residents and families we serve. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Help residents safely walk, transfer, and move throughout the home. Prepare and serve meals while encouraging proper nutrition and hydration. Engage residents in conversation, activities, games, music, and meaningful moments. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Observe and report any changes in a resident's condition or behavior. Accurately complete required documentation and charting. Work together with the BeeHive team to provide exceptional care. Treat every resident, family member, and coworker with kindness, dignity, and respect. Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Enjoy helping older adults and building relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks. Willingness to learn and grow. Able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required—we provide training. Why BeeHive?
