Well, you'll help with… Assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, eating) Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation Administering medications (we'll train you!) Documenting daily activities and progress Creating a safe, welcoming environment—whether that be inside of our homes or out in the community Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection Being the reason someone smiles, laughs or learns something new In other words…making someone's day…each and every day What You Bring No experience needed —we have no doubt that we can train you how to do this job; however, we can't train you how to care… You care and you have a heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joy-filled lives Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don't worry, we'll pay!)
