Caring & compassionate attitude for others Strong customer service focus Ability to work collaboratively with others Ability to multitask CBRF and/or RCAC caregiving experience (assisted living, elderly care, nursing home, long term care, and/or memory care) Competency and ability to utilize a floor lift, sit-to-stand and fiction-reducing devices
Responsibilities:
Support CNA/Resident Assistant Staff and ensure quality care is provided to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan ( bathing, caregiving, Train and mentor CNA/Resident Assistants; provide constructive feedback Attend to residents' individual needs and assist with activities of daily living Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Ability to speak, read and write English High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred If a CNA, must provide copy of certificate Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
