As a Caregiver , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to handle various caregiving tasks with professionalism and empathy. Duties
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
  • Implement behavior management strategies for clients with developmental disabilities or dementia.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic caregiving principles
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
