""We have NOC and AM shift for part time and PM Shift for Full time"" Job Overview Lakeside Villa is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to handle various caregiving tasks with professionalism and empathy. Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Implement behavior management strategies for clients with developmental disabilities or dementia.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic caregiving principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
Pay:
$15.00- $16.
