In-Home Caregiver/Back-up (Part-Time)

18 hours every other weekend About the Position Community Horizons is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care and daily living assistance to an individual living in Plover, Wisconsin. The individual requires standby assistance with transfers but uses a ceiling Hoyer lift for assistance. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting independence, comfort, and quality of life in a home setting.
