What You'll Do:
As an In-Home Caregiver , you'll provide personalized, nonmedical support according to each client's individual care plan. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Helping with mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when appropriate Providing medication reminders and authorized assistance with client self-administration Light housekeeping and laundry Providing companionship, conversation, supervision, and social support Assisting with errands, appointments, and authorized transportation Observing and reporting relevant changes or concerns Completing required care documentation
