Job Description

The Homeplace is growing and needs to add to our NOC Care Staff Team! We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as a NOC Shift (10p-6a) Resident Care Assistant in our assisted living community. We have 1 full time position available! As an RCA, you will help residents with daily living activities while providing comfort, companionship, and quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.) Help with mobility and transfers Monitor residents and report changes in condition Provide emotional support and companionship
Qualifications:
Caring, patient, and reliable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
