Your Responsibilities:

✅ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) ✅ Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence ✅ Support and guide caregivers throughout the shift ✅ Ensure quality care and excellent customer service are provided ✅ Communicate resident updates, concerns, and incidents to leadership ✅ Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment ✅ Lead by example through professionalism, compassion, and accountability ✅ Assist with problem-solving and shift coordination as needed What We're Looking For Previous caregiving experience required Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Someone who takes initiative and leads with a positive attitude A team player who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed This Position Is Perfect For Someone Who... ✔ Loves helping others ✔ Naturally steps up to lead ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment ✔ Wants more responsibility and growth opportunities ✔ Believes care and compassion can change someone's day Join a Team That Feels Like Family We're looking for individuals who want more than just a paycheck.
