Job Description

Overview Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting resident care, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and contributing to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities Perform duties related to the position in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Maintain professional and respectful communication with residents, families, visitors, and team members. Ensure resident safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities. Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or a related field. Relevant certifications or licenses as applicable to the position. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Compassionate and resident-centered approach. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to solve problems and exercise good judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
