We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities. Stable Living LLP is looking for multiple Floats to work in our Adult Family Homes! As the Float, you would fill in and pick up shifts as they become available. If Stable Living has an open position in the company, the floats are asked if they are interested before going outside of the company. This position can stay as a float or move into Full Time in the future. In this role, you are caring for up to 4 adults with disabilities. Come join us and make a positive impact on someone's life! Job Responsibilities
  • Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which includes assisting with administering medication.
  • Offer appropriate redirection and deescalate behaviors from residents.
  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan.
  • Meal prep.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
  • Providing guidance on developmental goals such as daily living skills.
  • Promote residents' confidence and independence.
  • Companionship.
  • Provide daily assistance/encouragement with tasks such as housekeeping, hygiene, and laundry.
  • Participate in the community life enriching activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend.
  • Take residents to local parks, movies, bowling, shopping, and medical appointments.
Job Requirements :
  • Be able to pass a caregiver background check
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year of caregiving experience if possible but not necessary
  • Confident in stressful situations
  • Need to have a valid Driver's License We provide standard caregiver training at our company office as well as in-person training at the house to set you up for success! Benefits of working with us Full Time!
