Caregivers Needed — Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Caregivers who are passionate about supporting individuals in need of long‑term care. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing respectful, person‑centered care in the comfort of their private residences. Caregivers are the heart of what we do. Your presence, reliability, and kindness directly impact the dignity, independence, and well‑being of every client you serve. What You'll Do Provide direct, hands‑on care with professionalism and empathy Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse) Offer medication reminders and maintain accurate documentation Create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Prepare simple, nutritious meals Offer emotional support to clients and their families, fostering trust and connection What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or medical offices is preferred Additional Qualities We Value Exceptional housekeeping habits Creative problem‑solving and the ability to think independently Reliable transportation for local appointments or outings A warm, patient, and self‑motivated approach to caregiving Current openings available in the Tomah and Sparta area!
