Job Description
Hours Available:
Every other Friday starting at 10pm until Saturday at 10am. (Please note that the hours of 10pm-5am are paid out at the sleep wage of $11/hour with pilot weekend incentive and the hours of 5am-10am are paid out at the caregiver wage of $19.50/hour with the pilot weekend incentive.) Paid training We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals receiving services in our CBRF. We welcome individuals who are passionate about helping others and creating positive outcomes for those they support. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration and/or reminders. Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. Assist with mobility needs and lifting when necessary. Schedule and coordinate appointments and communicate with healthcare providers and other professionals. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a respectful, person-centered manner. Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for those receiving services. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully complete a Caregiver Background Check. Valid driver's license, verification of auto insurance as well as a reliable vehicle is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to providing quality care.
