Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to provide Community Supported Living (CSL) services to clients in their homes throughout the Viroqua area. This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy! Staff work with multiple clients in their individual homes throughout the day, helping them maintain independence and successfully manage everyday life.

Responsibilities include:

Medication administration and medication management Meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation Cleaning, laundry, and household organization Transportation and assistance with appointments Errands, shopping, and community activities Supporting daily living and independent living skills Completing documentation and communicating client needs or changes What we provide: Company vehicle provided for travel between clients All clients located in the Viroqua area Paid training Variety throughout your workday Supportive team environment We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, dependable, and punctual Compassionate and patient Comfortable working independently Organized and able to manage a changing schedule Able to think on their feet and adapt to different clients and situations Comfortable driving between client homes throughout the day Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background checks If you enjoy helping people stay independent in their own homes and want a job where every day is a little different, we'd love to hear from you!
