We are seeking reliable, caring, and compassionate Companion Caregivers and Respite Providers to deliver high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role is perfect for individuals who have a heart for service and enjoy building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with Daily Living Skills Training Encourage engagement in hobbies and conversation Provide respite care, offering relief and support to family caregivers Qualifications Previous caregiving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Reliable transportation preferred Background check require Previous Child Care experience and Certifications CBRF Certified preferred Why Join Watertown Care LLC?
