Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Youth Caregiver/Respite Provider to provide individualized care for youth with disabilities in their home. This is an opportunity to build a trusting relationship with a young person while supporting their comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being. Schedule- Monday-Friday 8/8:30am-1/1:30pm Requirements Caring, patient, and compassionate Dependable and responsible Comfortable working one-on-one with youth Respectful of each child's individual abilities, needs, and personality A strong communicator and attentive listener Calm and confident when handling challenging situations Willing to learn and follow individualized care routines Committed to providing respectful, person-centered care Clean background check Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance
