What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Transport me to and from my day service program as needed (several days per week)
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for changes in condition
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and support during mealtimes and snacks
• Support me in learning new skills to gain confidence and promote independence
• Facilitate community engagement activities based on personal interests and abilities
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment through regular cleaning and household tasks
• Offer emotional support, companionship and encouragement to promote well-being and build trust What makes you a great fit:
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, including non-verbal individuals and those with behavioral challenges, is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and energetic demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and reliability are essential in this role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Background check required prior to employment

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday-Thursday, 2:00 pm
• 9:45 am
• Friday at 2:00pm through Monday at 9:45am
• Additional daytime hours may be available-information available upon interview (2:00pm-7:00pm)
• Flexible scheduling options—choose shifts that fit your lifestyle
• Both day and overnight shifts available

Wage:

• $16.50 per hour for day shifts plus mileage reimbursement of $0.35 per mile
• Overnight shifts have a stipend of $50.
