About the Role This position provides one‑on‑one support in a calm, respectful home environment. The ideal caregiver is compassionate, reliable, and comfortable supporting someone who values independence, routine, and clear communication. Responsibilities May Include Assistance with morning routine Light meal prep Companionship and conversation Support with mobility or transfers (ceiling Lift) Medication Ensuring safety and comfort throughout the shift Straight Cath ( Will Train) What Makes a Great Fit Kind, patient, and respectful Dependable and able to work Sundays consistently Understanding Willingness to learn the individual's preferences and communication style Requirements Valid driver's license (if transportation is part of the role) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Why This Role Matters Your support helps someone live with dignity, comfort, and independence in their own home.
