As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their homes. About the

Role:

As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, including: Providing personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Assisting with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance our clients' quality of life Collaborating with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client assessments to identify care needs and develop personalized care plans Provide care and support services in accordance with client care plans and agency policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
