Participate in training and advance your caregiving career. Caregiver Responsibilities As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Your role may include:
Personal Care- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance. Companionship
- Engaging clients with conversation, reading, music, or puzzles. Mobility Assistance
- Helping clients with transferring or moving from one place to another. Housekeeping Tasks
- Light cleaning, including vacuuming, laundry, and dishwashing. Meal Preparation
- Assisting with meal prep according to client dietary needs. Medication Reminders
- Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed. Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
- Providing specialized care for clients with memory loss. Accompanying Clients
- Running errands or attending medical appointments with clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be at least 18 years old . High school diploma/GED preferred. CNA, HHA, or PCA certification Ability to lift and move clients (up to 50 lbs) without assistance . Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Ability to pass a background check and drug screening . Passion for helping others and providing exceptional care.
