Hometown Care is a compassionate, client-focused home care provider dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities maintain independence in the comfort of their homes. We are expanding our team and seeking caring, reliable In-Home Care Staff who are passionate about making a difference. Full Time and Part Time Positions Open. Responsibilities Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer mobility support and safe transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders Follow individualized care plans Communicate changes in client condition to supervisor Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Qualifications Experience in caregiving, home health, or related field preferred Clear background check Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Paid training and continuing education Supportive team environment
