Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients with disabilities. As a Direct Care provider , you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, well-being, and dignity of our clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to live comfortably in their own homes. Our ideal candidate is someone who is committed to delivering exceptional care, is passionate about helping others, and is willing to go the extra mile to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. •Responsibilities•Provide personal care and assist with hygiene, housekeeping, community outings, cooking, and protective oversight to our clients that have developmental disabilities. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management. Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring that their homes are clean and organized. Maintain accurate records of our clients' care, including medication administration and any changes in their condition. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with the latest best practices in caregiving. •Requirements•Experience in caregiving or direct care with adults with disabilities. A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients and their families. Familiarity with home community care and the needs of our clients in this setting. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A willingness to assist with following a menu and ability to prepare meals.
