Day, Evenings and Weekends We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time In-Home Care Worker to provide quality support to individuals in their homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence while providing safe and respectful care.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene as needed. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when appropriate. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with medication reminders as directed. Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings when needed. Observe and report changes in the individual's physical or emotional condition to the supervisor. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass required background checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Schedule:
