Role:

Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation, reading, and outings Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and other daily living activities Support clients with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure quality care and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Document client care and update charts as necessary Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service
